Instrumentalists--- Come and join us for this great weekend of music at First Baptist Church, Wichita Falls. We will have Tim Cates, as our guest clinician. Tim is a Dove Award nominated orchestrator with more than two decades of publishing and ministry experience. He has contributed orchestrations and arrangements to projects from a number of publishers, and his charts are used by churches around the world. Tim lives in northeast Houston with his wife Jan and daughter Piper, and serves as Minister of Instrumental Music at Houston’s First Baptist Church. We will be featuring his works in the weekend workshop which begins on Friday evening, and then Tim will be our guest conductor on Sunday morning. Here is the schedule:
Friday, April 17
6:00-8:30 Rehearsal (with breaks)
Saturday, April 18
9:30-12:00 Rehearsal (with breaks)
12:00-1:00 Lunch (provided)
1:00-1:30 Rehearsal
1:45 Informal Concert
Sunday, April 19
9:30 Worship Service 8:30 Call Time—Wardrobe all black
