✨ The November Timinar 2025 ✨Join us in Dayton for a new 3-year journey into Xing Yi Quan’s Five Elements with world-class martial artist Tim Cartmell.
This year’s foundation training includes:
-Xing Yi Nei Gong (internal calisthenics for structure & power)
-San Ti Shi (three-body posture)
-Xing Yi Dynamic footwork and Power drills
-Pi Quan (Splitting Fist) — form and multiple martial application
-Secrets of the Universe (Tim is giving away everything!!!)

🎥 All seminars and private lessons recorded in HD, with Dropbox access provided.

Private Lessons (Friday): $100/hr (Public) / $80/hr (Members)
