Tiles & Rice: Mahjong After Dark is KANTO.PHX's take on the kind of night that feels a little like a family party - except this time, we're the ones around the Mahjong table.
Join us at Halo Halo Kitchen on Saturday, September 19 for an evening of Filipino food, Mahjong, music, dancing, and community that keeps going long after dinner is over.
Never played before? You're exactly where you need to be. We'll start the evening with a Mahjong lesson before opening up the tables for play. Already know your way around the tiles? Pull up a chair and find your table.
Come with friends or come ready to make some. Either way, there's a seat waiting for you.

KANTO.PHX is a co-ed AANHPI social club creating intentional spaces for community, culture, and genuine connection here in Arizona.
Kanto means "corner" in Tagalog - and that's exactly what we're building: a corner of the Valley where people can show up as they are, experience different parts of AANHPI culture, support local AANHPI-owned businesses, make new friends, and feel like they belong.
