It has been a while since I hosted one of the bbq class events. I have had a number of folks ask me about one so here we go! I will need 10 plus people to make the class, so reach out if you want to sign up! I have all the detail below, provided we have enough people to do it. This is a fun afternoon of BBQ, bourbon & craft brew! Lunch is provided and we have some hands-on pit work with different types of pits (500-gallon reverse flow stick burner & a custom pellet cooker), as well as a complete overview of each protein we discuss A to Z. Did I mention bourbon? I will have a great selection of allocated brown water, that is pretty hard to find, for you to sample. I will also have some great hazy brews from various breweries like Parish, Spindletap, Other Half and others to try if bourbon isn't your jam. Grab a buddy & come hang with me on the patio!
THE DETAILS:
* This is an outdoor venue with both lecture style demonstration as well as hands on pit work.
* We will cover selecting meat, trimming, seasoning, cooking (for any type pit), resting and slicing.
* This class will cover brisket, whole chicken and St. Louis style pork ribs.
* 14 seats available, first come first serve. I have to have a minimum of 10 people signed up in advance to make the class.
* BBQ lunch included, Tri-Tip, broccoli rice casserole, Elote street corn casserole, pork belly fried rice.
Draft beer & bourbon samples provided as well!
