Time on retreat is spent beneath open skies and among forest glades. We gather around firelight, walk in nature, share silence, conversation, meditation and creative exploration.
The retreats are a direct exploration of awareness as it is lived in ordinary life. This is not about striving to become someone else, reaching a goal, or self help. What we explore together is how this natural awareness can be lived in the middle of life, as it is right now.
