Based in the city of Jena in central Germany, Robert Witschakowski-Jockel began producing in the late 1990s. As The Exaltics, he has performed extensively across Europe and worldwide, establishing a strong presence within the global electro scene.
The bulk of his output is released via his ever-evolving imprint Solar One Music, alongside releases on respected labels such as Clone, Clone West Coast Series, Bunker and Crème Organization, among others. An upcoming remix for Tiger Weeds will be announced soon, with more details to follow.
His collaborations include Project STS-31 with Gerald Donald (Drexciya) and Val_Ex with Arne Weinberg, while Solar One Music has also featured artists including E.R.P. (Convextion), Helena Hauff, Ekman, Drvg Cvltvre and the late Andreas Gehm.
Across decades of work, Robert’s shadowy, science fiction driven electro reflects a rare consistency of vision and integrity within the genre.
Supporting the night, LEGACY delivers his live performance. Operating from the seabed, he has released a series of aqua-themed electro EPs and recently appeared on Tiger Weeds’ VA compilation New World Vol. 3, exploring raw electro structures and textures in a journey shaped by underwater mystery.
