From crisp and refreshing to rich and indulgent, each course is paired with a distinct beer style designed to complement and contrast the flavors on the plate, all from the celebrated and sumptuous Long Beach Beer Lab. This is a playful, chef-driven evening that highlights versatility, creativity, and the art of pairing beyond the glass of wine.
