The Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training is delivered by people with real lived experience—like Sarah and Lee, who bring their own perspective of living with a learning disability and autism.
This training isn’t just about ticking a box—it’s about learning from real stories and experiences that help make care better for everyone.
