TIENMO elevates Korean street food with Champagne & Caviar in SoHo, Central

TIENMO has officially opened its doors at 9-11 Staunton Street, Central, bringing a fresh, high-low dining concept to SoHo that pairs nostalgic Korean street food (bunsik) with fine ingredients, Champagne, and late-night social vibes.

Weekday Central Lunch Set (HK$168) is designed for the Central lunch crowd (Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM), pairing a main dish (e.g., Bulgogi Rice Bowl, Seoul-politan Pasta) with a classic bunsik side (e.g., OG Tteokbokki, Tuna Mayo Gimbap, Sokcho Soondae). TIENMO reimagines everyday Korean comfort food under the ethos: "Better ingredients. Better technique. Street food soul."
