We are thrilled to welcome BROTHER CULTURE back to Bonn after more than ten years – invited by FUTURE ROOTS SOUNDSYSTEM as part of a special Dub on the River celebration.
Hailing from Brixton, London, Brother Culture has been a powerful voice in the UK sound system scene since the 1980s – bringing conscious lyrics, uplifting power and deep experience to stages all over the world.
Many of us still remember the unforgettable legendary DUB ON THE RIVER boat sessions and the wild after-boat parties hosted by INDUBTRINATION and ZION GATE ROCKERS. Who could forget him on the mic alongside Manasseh, Mattie Dread and others – and of course the classic cry: "Captain, don’t rock the boaattt..!!"
Joining him live are LITTLE LION SOUND – top producers and heavyweight sound crew from Geneva, known for their explosive sessions and unmistakable energy. They are also the founders of the internationally respected Evidence Music label, which has released a wide range of modern roots, dancehall and dub productions – including many powerful tracks with Brother Culture and a long list of international artists.
On October 31st, we revive the vibes at TIEFGANG #5:
