There is an invisible thread of women who came before you — mothers, mentors, friends, and quiet trailblazers — whose courage, sacrifices, and wisdom quietly shaped the woman you are today.

Tie the Thread is an intimate, theater-style storytelling evening created to honor them, learn from them, and pass that strength forward to the next generation.

Hosted by Inspiring Girls Hong Kong in partnership with AIA Vitality Hub, this special night brings together women who want to feel seen, inspired, and deeply connected.

The Evening

• 30-min Storytelling Workshop – Discover how to craft and share your own powerful story.
• 30-min Theater-Style Storytelling – 5–7 remarkable women take the stage to share raw, heartfelt stories of “The Woman Behind Me” — the mentors, mothers, and role models who changed their lives.
• Extended Networking & Connection – Build real relationships in a warm, supportive space while 10–15 girls aged 14–18 listen and absorb every word.

Every single ticket ($250) directly funds one Empowerment Kit for a girl in Hong Kong. These kits are distributed at our events and programs to equip and inspire the next generation with tools, confidence, and the knowledge that they have an entire community of women behind them.

This is more than an event. It’s a beautiful full-circle moment: you honor the women who lifted you, connect with women who stand beside you, and actively lift the girls coming after you.
