**Jennifer Hahn**
Jennifer Hahn teaches sustainable wild food harvesting at Western Washington University’s Fairhaven College. A naturalist and guide in Southeast Alaska and the Inside Passage, Hahn lives in Bellingham, Washington with her potter husband and a berry-eating hound. Hahn recently lead a research study on Salish Sea Seaweeds and their beneficial chemicals and contaminant levels with the help of 18 Salish Sea Tribes and First Nations. She divides her time between writing, sea kayaking, hiking, foraging, cooking crazy-delicious dishes with her buddies and family. Hahn has a closet affair with a Miller Welding Machine. That’s the topic of her next book.
