🗣Tickets for the Brodstock Family Music Festival 2025 will go on sale from 10.30am on SATURDAY 15TH MARCH from the Old Brodleians here in Hipperholme💃 Please don’t delay in getting your tickets if you wish to attend on Saturday 14th June
🕺 They sell out fast every year
🎫 This year’s tickets are £23 each and free for U12s
🐓 On Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th March all tickets are at the EARLY BIRD price of £19
HOW TICKETS WILL BE SOLD
📍Like the last five festivals; Tickets will ONLY be sold from one location (the rugby club)
📍We’ve never sold tickets online so be suspicious if you see them available via social media
☀️Our volunteers will be selling the tickets from a dedicated area inside the clubhouse
☀️Doors won’t open until 10.30am and we are expecting queues
☀️Tickets will be on sale until 6.30pm that day OR until they’ve sold out
☀️They will also be on sale from 10.30am on Sunday 16th March but ONLY if they haven’t already sold out on the Saturday
🎶 Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis
🎶 On the Saturday morning, when there’s a queue, a maximum of 10 adult tickets will be sold per person
🎶 We prefer card payments but also accept cash
🎶 Those who are Under 12 on the 14th June gain entry for free on the day when accompanied by an adult ticket holder
🎶 As was introduced last year; 12 to 17 year olds will be given a different colour wristband
✅ The ticket sales point is very accessible to all with no steps and entry via one set of double doors
✅ If you have heath concerns or you’re worried about queuing/standing for a prolonged period we have an indoor seated waiting area you can make use of. On arrival simply make yourself known to one of our volunteer greeters and they will show you inside.
✅ There will be Blue Badge priority parking available on the day
✅ We set a maximum of 10 tickets to be purchased so friends and family can buy them on behalf of others if the cannot get there on the 15th March for any reason

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Brodstock is a family-friendly, one day festival taking place on the pitches of the Old Brodleians rugby club.
Gates open to ticket holders at 11.30am and outstanding local musicians entertain the crowds for more than 10 hours
Our popular Kids Zone and children’s activities run until 6pm
Our first festival was in 2014 and so far we’ve raised over £200,000 for good causes. That includes £100,000 for Overgate Hospice, £25,000 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and £55,000 for other charities.
Being not-for-profit and run solely by volunteers we’re proud to be one of Yorkshire’s biggest annual benefit concerts in term of how much we raise. We’re also humbled to have picked up a number of awards along the way.
