Tibetan Sound Meditation: Sound Healing Therapy utilizes Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, Drums, Gongs, and other sonic vibrations to facilitate in grounding the body while connecting the mind and Soul. The combination of these healing sounds create a hypnotic and meditative state allowing access to deeper levels of inner wisdom assisting in releasing what no longer serves the body ~ healing.

Bring a yoga mat pillow and/or blanket for your comfort during this sound healing therapy however I do provide blocks and blankets as well.
