Tibetan Sound Bath

Tibetan Sound Bath is constructed of sound frequencies, harmonics, & overtones. It uses patterns of sound to realign our energy to its true nature. By relaxing we have the capability to “realign” on cellular levels, this positive realignment may then manifest through us in all dimensions — physically, emotionally, mentally, & spiritually. You can expect to hear Earth Gongs & Tibetan Singing Bowls, along with many other analog sound tools!
Students are encouraged to:
-Bring your own yoga mat (limited studio mats available for rent)
-Bring yoga props (bolsters/blankets/towels) anything for comfort & support (some will be provided)
-Avoid eating a heavy meal ~2 hrs prior
-Stay well hydrated
Goodie bags to continue the self-care evening will be given to each participant

Policies:
Purchase only one ticket per student for events. Multiple tickets purchased under the same account name will reserve only one spot. Space is limited.

Special events require cancellation by email/text notification. Cancellations made 48 hours before the event start time will receive an account credit for the ticket purchase. Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of a workshop or event are not eligible for account credit.
