Tibetan Singing Bowls Healing Course (7 Weeks)I warmly invite you to join a 7-week transformational course where you will learn to create healing spaces with Tibetan singing bowls for both groups and individuals.
Over seven weeks, we will meet for 2.5 hours each week (except the Easter). Together, we’ll explore the profound power of sound healing as you practice playing and receiving the harmonizing vibrations of singing bowls. You’ll gain hands-on experience creating individual treatments (sound/vibrational massages) and group sound journeys/sound baths. It’s a win-win experience—learning to heal while receiving healing yourself.
This course provides a solid foundation for working with Tibetan singing bowls. You’ll discover how sound and vibrations influence the body and mind, and how to integrate this transformative practice into your own life and the lives of others.
What You’ll Learn
By the end of this course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to:
***Perform self-treatments with singing bowls to activate energy flow, ground yourself, and release emotional tension.
***Offer individual treatments using 1, 3, or 5 singing bowls for personalized sound healing.
***Create healing spaces and lead group sessions using the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
The course is open to both beginners and those with prior experience—no specific background is required to participate.
About Tibetan Singing Bowls
Tibetan singing bowls are extraordinary tools for sound healing and vibrational therapy, used for centuries to promote physical, mental, and energetic balance.
When activated, the bowls produce rich harmonics and vibrations that:
*Relax muscles and improve physical functioning (e.g., digestion).
*Enhance vital energy and harmonize personal resonance.
*Induce meditative states, release emotional blockages, and encourage profound healing at both the physical and energetic levels.
*Their vibrations reach deep into the body, working on a cellular level to ease pain, while also opening the energetic body to healing and regeneration. This helps restore balance, harmony, and a sense of well-being.
About the Facilitator
Aiste Liudvinaite is a psychologist, sound therapist, art therapist and Reiki Master.
Aiste’s journey with sound healing began in 2007, during her psychology studies at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania. Attending regular gong baths helped her find balance and inner peace.
In 2013, she delved deeper into sound therapy at a retreat near Vilnius, where she explored various therapeutic instruments. This led her to train with renowned Lithuanian sound therapist Raimondas Binkauskas, learning to apply Tibetan singing bowls for healing.
Since then, Aiste has collaborated with leading figures in the sound therapy world, including Alicija Eiliakas, Aidan McIntyre, and Don Conreaux.
