Join Harshani on Sunday 3rd November 2024 for an experiential ‘Play ~ Shop’ with Tibetan Bowls.A fun day of discovering about sound, vibration & it’s healing potential through singing bowls.
We have some fabulous new Full Moon bowls just arrived to be shared and enjoyed.
This is an introductory day about the bowls, which will incorporate ~ sound vibration; learning how to connect with the bowls; different ways to sing or sound the bowls; time to play the bowls; finishing with a singing bowl healing nidra bathing.
No prior experience necessary ~ Tibetan/Nepalese singing bowls will be provided for the ‘Play-shop’ experiential, with the option of purchasing your own on the day should your heart feel drawn
£125 per place includes lunch and refreshments
