With knife crime in the news so frequently, safety awareness has become heightened with many people, both in the martial arts and the general public.Knife Day is an event that teaches awareness, tactics and defence techniques to keep you and your family safe.
This year's emphasis will be on avoiding machete attacks. Knife crime has changed over the years and we aim to stay ahead of the curve.
This event is open to anyone, trained or not.
