Celebrate Earth Day with Thurston County and the City of Lacey at a fun, family-friendly event focused on recycling and waste reduction! Enjoy interactive activities, including LeMay’s Touch-a-Truck and Intercity Transit’s Touch-a-Bus experiences, where kids and adults alike can climb aboard and learn how these vehicles help keep our community clean and green.
Plant native wildflowers to take home 🌼, make your own non-toxic household cleaner 🧴, make a beeswax wrap 🐝, and play games that teach you how to keep our streets and shorelines free of litter ♻️. Attendees can also drop off one grocery bag filled with plastic film for Ridwell to recycle! 🌎
