Kick off your 2026 resolutions on Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) waterfront terrace with a wellness series intended to help you start the New Year off right! Inspired by the themes of mindfulness and presence within one’s body found in our new exhibition, Woody De Othello: coming forth by day, wellness instructor Kellie Williams and Jessica Rose Fisher will help you come forth into the New Year with a balance of mind, body, spirit, and love.Join a power(full) Vinyasa class led by Jessica Rose Fisher. This practice targets the breath and body to empower your inner and outer focus on being grounded in motion. You will feel the vibrations of a power vinyasa flow that is full of energy, freedom, and balanced with movement that will align your strength and mental being.
Please bring your own mat to participate. Before class, meet us on the terrace for happy hour from 5–8pm.
