Thursday Sunset Yoga in Escambron

Let go of stress and tension by practicing in a gorgeous setting surrounded by palm trees and the sea. Our community is friendly and welcoming. This class is appropriate for all levels and flexibilities, including beginners. Pick and choose the variations of poses that work for your body without any judgment. Gift yourself with some you-time to reconnect with your body, breath, and heart center.

A few notes:

2. Driving and Uber directions can be found in the frequently asked questions below. It can be hard to find us the first time, so please arrive early in case your have trouble finding us. It's a beautiful area to visit with a calm beach, so it's worth arriving early to breathe in the sea air and enjoy the area. You can text 310-227-9451 if you can't find us, so long as it's before class starts.
3. Your well-being is our priority! By joining this class, you agree to practice mindfully, listen to your body's limits, and take responsibility for your own body. Santosa Yoga and Health and the instructor are not liable for any injuries.
4. Please note that there are no public bathrooms in the vicinity after 5pm.
