We're looking forward to combining health & wellness with our singles events concept đșđ§ our first two Acroyoga sessions and our February partner yoga event were a great success and we're continuing them!What is Acroyoga?Acroyoga is a partner and group based physical practice blending the wisdom of yoga with the dynamism of acrobatics, incorporating elements of trust, communication, and playful movement to create an integrated practice for both partners. It involves three roles: the base (on the ground), the flyer (lifted by the base), and the spotter (providing safety and support), all working together to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and a strong sense of connection and community âšThis fitness class is bound to be stellar with up to 35 likeminded, fitness-oriented singles coming together!- 15 mins arrival- 1.5 hours AcroYoga- 30 mins socialising at the endBring your own water bottle, towel and clothes comfortable for exercise.
