Instruments are typically played from one spot, but sometimes they are moved around the room or played over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and cosy. (Some mats may be available.) Most people lie down for a Sound Bath, though some prefer sitting in a comfortable chair. No prior experience or effort is needed, everyone is welcome!
