Every Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, our in-house culinary team, led by Executive Chef Tucker, offers a fresh weekly menu that highlights local and seasonal flavors. Enjoy it alongside one of our award-winning wines while watching the sunset over the vineyard. Reservations are strongly recommended.In addition to dinner, we’re open for light bites, wine tastings, wine by the glass or bottle, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options. No reservations are needed if you're just joining for this!

10/2: Gochugaru Salmon ($34)
Korean chili pepper & maple glaze. Served with crispy rice and cucumber salad.
10/9: Braised Beef Brisket with Plums, Star Anise & Port ($34)
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
10/16: Fresh Alaskan Halibut ($48)
With a fall mole sauce. Served with radicchio with apple cider vinegar & pumpkin seeds.
10/23: Grilled N.Y. Steak ($46)
With a fresh orange & horseradish sauce. Served with a butternut squash purée and Potatoes Anna.
10/30: Iberico Wagyu Pork Hanger Steak ($38)
With pumpkin, sage, chestnut & bacon risotto
