Every Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, our in-house culinary team, led by Executive Chef Tucker, offers a fresh weekly menu that highlights local and seasonal flavors. Enjoy it alongside one of our award-winning wines while watching the sunset over the vineyard. Reservations are recommended.In addition to dinner, we’re open for light bites, wine tastings, wine by the glass or bottle, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options. No reservations are needed if you're just joining for this!
November Menu:
11/6: Coq Au Vin ($28)
Red wine braised chicken with mushrooms & bacon. Served with buttermilk & rosemary mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. (GF)
11/13: Rack of Lamb ($48)
With a mint & lime yogurt sauce and cranberry serrano chutney. Served with couscous with roasted squash, and maple vinaigrette. (GF)
11/20: Seared Jumbo Scallops ($48)
With a potato & parsnip purée and lemon saffron gelée. Served with a wild mushroom & vegetable risotto. (GF)
11/25: Tumwater Tuesday Holiday Party with French Dip Sandwiches ($26)
Hoagie bun, Gruyere cheese, caramelized onion, and Au Jus. Served with an apple and jicama coleslaw. (GF)
