Meeting Point: Saints Main Entrance
Fitness workout session delivered by Coach Mark with a variety of exercises with the option to do laps or shuttles in between reps.
Exercises can be adapted to your preference or fitness level, come and try your first session with us you won't look back!
On Thursdays we also have Multiskills sessions for young people aged 6-14 to build skill, technique and confidence whilst having fun with qualified multiskills coaches. The subs for kids are £3. Teens 14-18 can take part in the workout session.
