The trio then cleanses the palate with relaxing Brazilian bossa nova for a dish of satisfying musical flavors. Les Trois Chats gathers skilled musicians throughout the Triangle area including Robert Striegler on guitar and vocals, Josh Brinkman on clarinet and sax, and Ian Finlay on upright bass.
