Thursday Meditation Circle – All Are Welcome!
Looking to start a meditation practice, explore mindfulness, or deepen your connection to stillness? Join us for a weekly group meditation in a safe, supportive space.
Whether you are just beginning your meditation journey, looking to explore mindfulness, or deepening an existing practice, you will be welcome!
This is a weekly opportunity to slow down, tune in, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate inner peace.
What to Expect:
Guided and/or silent meditation (techniques may vary week to week)
Time for grounding, reflection, and connection
Chairs provided — feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer
🤗 Come as you are — no experience needed
🛑 Note: There will be no Meditation Circle on the following dates below. Also if/when there is inclement weather in our area.

– October 15th
– November 26th (Thanksgiving Day)
🛑 The Meditation Circle will resume the following week. Additional dates may be added if so we will update properly in advance this event.
This is a free, donations based offering. Donations are welcome not required!
