Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, spacious atmosphere.  These classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility & relaxation.  Please bring a blanket and yoga mat. The pricing is sliding scale, $15-$20 cash when you arrive or register on Eventbrite.
