Guidelines:

Note for registrations via Allevents: After registration the tickets that are sent by Allevents to the participants mention the event timings for the whole week i.e. the starting time of the first Thursday event and the ending time of the last Thursday event. We request the participants to check the date and time of their respective events as mentioned in the posters & event descriptions to avoid the confusion. For example if there are 2 different events happening on 2 different Thursdays- Please make sure to check the date & time for each of them carefully from the published posters and descriptions.
