Discover inner peace and transform your well-being with our free weekly Mindfulness Meditation session at Yoga Life Ahmedabad.

Every Saturday morning from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM join us for an hour of guided meditation designed to help you de-stress focus and find calm. Our sessions include:

• Guided Meditations: Experience a variety of practices including chakra meditation Tratak and motivational meditation to help you break through fear and cultivate inner peace.
• Music & Activities: Enhance your practice with soothing music and engaging activities.
• Knowledge Sharing: Gain insights and understanding deepening your meditation journey.

This is more than just a session; it's an opportunity to learn grow and connect with yourself in a supportive environment. No prior experience is needed – just bring an open mind!
