"Yin-Yasa" weaves together the best of both worlds! Tori incorporates Katonah influences that use breath work, intentional sequencing and energy principles to create balance and alignment in body and mind.

All Create Yoga classes are open to the public and accessible to all skill levels. Please bring a mat and water bottle. We have loaner mats if you need one and will also provide necessary props.
