What is happiness?
We tend to look for happiness outside ourself, thinking that if we had the right house, the right car, the right job, and the right friends we would be truly happy. If we check we will see that even when we have these things we don’t always experience happiness. So what is happiness? Where is it?
Over these weeks we will spend time exploring Buddhist wisdom to help us discover that we don’t need to wait for happiness to come in the form of external conditions. To learn that we can begin to rely on the causes of happiness within our own mind.
