Join us and take part in accessible fitness activities each week that everyone can enjoy. Around this activity you will all have time to socialise and if you choose, try your hand at crafts, gaming and other activities too.
Fitness activities take place between 10:30 am and 11:30 am with social time either side.
Sessions are £3 per person - Your first session is FREE!
Suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions , including but not limited to: Physical disabilities, learning disabilities, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Dementia, and other age related issues, Plus friends family, carers and any other support network.
