Every Thursday at 11:00 we gather at The127Art for a Cosmoenergy group session.Many people make this session part of their weekly reset ritual
Think of it as a gentle reset in the middle of the week.
A moment to step out of the noise of everyday life — messages, deadlines, responsibilities — and bring your system back into balance.
During the session we work with Cosmoenergy frequencies that help release accumulated tension, stabilize the energy field, and restore a natural sense of clarity and focus.
People come with different intentions:
some need to relax and recharge,
some want to clear their mind and regain concentration,
others are simply curious to experience energy work in practice.
Each week we explore a different theme, so every session brings a slightly new experience.
The atmosphere is simple and welcoming — no complicated rituals, just a calm space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and let your energy settle.
You can join in person at The127Art in Athens or online from anywhere in the world.
