Girls night? Date night? Team night? If you've always wanted to learn how to make chocolate truffles—you should join us for our Chocolate Truffle Workshop! You will learn how to make ganache, the rich confection used to make these decadent candies. You will then try two techniques for completing your truffles. Create molded shells to fill, plus you'll practice rolling ganache in cocoa powder and more. We provide all materials, ingredients, instructions and guidance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in at the store.Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during the workshop.
