Nina Pixel and Eva Kadmon formed a new electronic project exploring the scorpionic violence of the divine feminine. It was born as an outlet to confront rage, resentment, and the cyclical reinvention of identity through distorted soundscapes, lyrics-heavy vocal expression, and techno-leaning noise.

Growthrings (vocal/experimental)

Growthrings is the project of Oleksandra Kopelyan, a musician, vocalist, and sound artist from Sevastopol, Ukraine, now based in Berlin. A former member of a Ukrainian folklore ensemble and the Berlin-based Bulgarian choir Bulcanto, Oleksandra utilizes her voice as an instrument for genuine self-expression. Spicing it up with tape recordings, radio noise, and synthesized timbres, she weaves an intricate story to be freely interpreted by listeners, conjuring a sense of feral, ritualistic wonder.

Cate Hops

With a scientific background in visual and media anthropology, her ideas revolve around the concept of space as a social practice. As a performer she is working on her own live noise improvisations and co-founded the Fem*noise network.

Hugsten (ritual/experimental)

Hugsten is a Berlin-based artist duo consisting of Annsofie and Håkan Jonsson (SE). In the piece Häxeri they give voice to the völva and jötunn (giant), Hyndla, telling stories of witchcraft through voice, field recordings and electronics.
