Welcome to the Thunder and Lightning Festival, hitting The Pyramid Cabaret on July 5, 2024—coinciding with the Pyramid’s 30th anniversary. The festival, initiated by local artist Chris Micheal, is where the spirit of country music (thunder) meets the energy of rock (lightning). The main stage will feature a diverse lineup of artists spanning both genres, with more intimate acoustic sessions taking place on the outdoor stage. Thunder and Lightning Fest is set to be a staple in Winnipeg’s annual summer calendar. With a strong inaugural lineup and a blend of musical styles, the festival offers something for both country aficionados and rock enthusiasts alike.
