Thump Boxing: High-Intensity Interval Training
Join us for a dynamic 45-minute Thump Boxing class that fuses strength and cardio for a total-body workout. This high-intensity interval training session is designed to rev up your metabolism and engage every muscle group using dumbbells, weights, kettlebells, and more. Get ready to push your limits and achieve outstanding results!

- Suitable for all fitness levels (16 years and above)
- Not suitable for individuals with medical conditions
What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout attire and sports shoes
- Sports towel and water bottle
