Class Length: One day, 6pm-8pm on Friday, October 24th
Tuition: $50 (+ $20 materials fee)
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Class Description: A great workshop for those with experience throwing on a potter’s wheel! We’ll learn how to close a hollow form and create fun, festive, pumpkin shapes that are perfect for your fall decor. Students should already know how to center 2-4 pounds of clay. After the pumpkins are formed you can embellish with a stem or leaf and even turn your pumpkin into a jak-o-lantern! Students can leave their pumpkins here to get bisque-fired and will be notified when to come pick them up. If you wish for us to glaze them, you will need to pick a color from our glazes during the workshop but you are welcome to take your bisqued pumpkins home to glaze or paint on your own as well!
Age Limitations: Ages 16-Adult
Supplies Included: Tuition covers clay and firings. Please bring your own bats, bat pins and personal throwing tools.
