We're closing out Breast Cancer Awareness Month by throwing hands 🎀
Throwing Hands is a high-energy boxing experience designed to help you release, reset, and realign. Through guided intention-setting and a full-body instructor-led boxing session, this event blends movement with mental wellness, creating space to let go of stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
**What to expect:**\
🧘🏾♀️ Intention-setting activation to open the experience\
🥊 A full hour of guided boxing instruction (equipment included)\
🥂 A toast and wellness snacks to close out the session
🚪 Doors open at **10:45am**. Please arrive on time as the experience begins promptly at 11am!
🚘 Parking is available in the parking lot (first come, first serve), with street parking accessible nearby.
