More than two dozen synagogues one stood on Absecon Island. While only a few have endured, many were short-lived in serving niche Jewish communities before fading into obscurity. These forgotten shuls represent a unique and overlooked chapter in Atlantic City's history.
We will revisit seven shuls that time has erased, offering a glimpse into a lost Jewish world by the shore.

Whether you're a history lover, nostalgic, or curious about Atlantic City's untold stories, this program
will be of great interest.
