Throw That Ass in a Healing Circle is a joyful, body-positive movement class that uses dance, shaking, and rhythm as tools for release and healing. Through guided music, grounding exercises, and free-form movement, we explore how shaking the body can help release stored stress, reconnect us to ourselves, and build confidence in our own physical expression.This is a supportive, judgment-free space where all bodies are welcome. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, listen to your body, and have fun. The name is playful slang, but the intention is real: to let go, feel good, and use movement as a form of self-care, empowerment, and collective healing.
You move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need, and are always in control of how you participate. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.
