Get ready to break a sweat and challenge yourself with our high-energy workout party! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this class is perfect for everyone looking to have a good time, get fit, and do something different on a Friday night!

Throw Down™ is high-cardio, hip-hop dance fitness! Routines are choreographed and provide the perfect blend of high and low impact for all fitness and skill levels. This format combines cardiovascular exercise, agility, and memory retention.

Come solo or with some friends - bring your good vibes and willingness to learn something new!

What: Neon/Blacklight Dance Party! Where neon colors and feel free to bring your own glow sticks! Your ticket includes a chance to win the door prize (goodies from local busineses)!
