What happens to a Riesling as it ages?
Join us for an intimate vertical tasting exploring seven vintages of Tim Adams Riesling, spanning nine years of Clare Valley winemaking.
We’ll start with the 2016 vintage and work our way through 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 before finishing with the current 2025 Riesling.
Tasting the same wine across multiple vintages gives us a fascinating opportunity to see what time does in the bottle. We’ll explore how the aromas, flavours, acidity and texture develop as the wine ages, while also looking at the differences each vintage brings.
Seven wines. Seven vintages. 45ml of each wine.
With only 14 places available, this will be a small, intimate tasting with plenty of time to taste, compare and decide which vintage comes out on top. Minimum numbers required to go ahead, or the event will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
Includes an individual selection of nibbles chosen to enjoy alongside the wines.
