Through the Veil Rebirthing & Gong Bath

Cleanse and renew with a potent Rebirthing Kriya from Kundalini Yoga. This powerful set of breath-work, movement and meditation offers a cathartic release and reinvigoration. On a weekend aligned with Samhain, All Hallow’s Eve and Dia de los Muertoes, reclaim the traditions of paradigm crossing and lineage blessings. Free your mind, body and spirit from the burdens of subconscious weight while reprioritizing what’s most important.

All experience levels welcome. Come ready to be challenged and transformed.

2:30PM-4:30PM Six Gong Soundbath

Release and revitalize with the vibrations of six gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The journey will start with movement and meditation aligned with the season. Then unwind in an extended savasana immersed in healing sound.

The 50” Paiste Symphonic, 36” Paiste Brilliant, 34” Vintage Paiste, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paite Bronze No. 9 and 21” Gongland Infinity Gongs along with other healing sound instruments will create a resonant field while you catch up on rest since the time has changed.

Snacks and tea provided to those registered for both events.

No experience necessary. Rebirthing Kriyas and gong relaxations are not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 13 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
