Join Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal for a moderated panel discussion with Executive Director at the Effective Transit Allience Blair Lorenzo, Dean of NYU Wagner and former Deputy Secretary of Transportation Polly Trottenberg, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Regional Plan Association Tom Wright on through-running at Penn Station. The panel will open with remarks by Special Advisor to the Amtrak Board of Directors Andy Byford. Panelists will discuss the benefits and flaws of through-running given the federal redevelopment plan and will leave time for a brief Q&A.
