vibrational state.
Gentle movement, breathwork, and vocal meditation, or other supportive practices may be included. Restore balance, awaken your energy flow, and feel deeply refreshed and connected.
*Reflect, Journal, and Share your insights after the sound
journey to further integrate what you’ve experienced. Set
intentions with a personalized plan to keep your energy flowing
and harmonized throughout the week. (Handouts provided.)
