We did the whole chakra series (7 parts, 1 for each chakra) many years ago when we were still on the other side of Main Street and it was a power-full experience for each of us. It was wildly popular and deeply moving. If you are not familiar with kundalini yoga, you are welcome to experience it now! It is by far my personal favorite for moving 'stuff' (though the movements of the practice are very different than 'regular' yoga poses). Join us for this (or all) session(s)! No experience necessary. Though it is helpful to do ALL the chakras, it is NOT necessary to attend ANY of the chakra specific sessions. Bring mat(s) - its a hard floor! Bring water and be ready for detoxing, opening, healing and strengthening your chakras! $10 exchange
