Welcome to the Throat Chakra Series Meditation and Sound Bath event!

Join us at the Wyldecrest Sports Country Club. Dive deep into meditation to balance your throat chakra and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. Let go of stress and tension as you connect with your inner voice and express yourself authentically.

You will also receive a crystal which you use throughtout your meditataion and to use at home.

Please remember to bring extra comfy bedding to lay on, plus blanket, pillow and eyemask. Your comfort and warmth is essential as this will help you relax into your meditation easier.

If you have the following medical issues then im afraid the soundbath is not suitable for you.

• Pace maker
• Large metal rods and pins in the body
• Currently experiencing a mental health crisis
